Little disappointed today, they say they open at 9:00 on Saturday but it’s almost 9:30 and not even open. Saw a few people waiting and they took off. I know it’s the holiday weekend, if your hours change put a note on the door.

I was desperate this morning... I had milked the last few drops of juice into my tank and was heading into work calling every vape store in the Tri-State area and all of them were out of my juice. I have a ton of bottles of different juices I've tried I like one flavor That's what I like. I ended up calling the create a cig in Pflugerville. They only had the salts and was definitely not what I needed. Right before I dejectedly hung up the phone the guy at the Pflugerville store said hey I think our 620 location has that. What?! Do you know out of over 20 places that I called, many of them have more than one location, and not a single one of them except for this business said hey why don't you try out our other store?! I call and jackpot! They've got it I'm hauling my buns there. I get there and a sweet sweet angel of a woman helps me even though I am a complete hot mess from straight up having a nic fit all weekend. I hate myself for forgetting I think her name was Nicole? Today was so next level extra Monday. She had really blonde hair and glasses, truly just a lovely lovely lovely woman. She noticed that my tank had broken glass and said you know what we even have replacement glass which I hadn't even bothered asking because again no one else had had that! I don't know how I never knew about this place but I'll tell you what, guys if y'all need some vape accoutrement, y'all dang sure need to get y'all's little behindies down to create a cig in p'ville or cedar Park. I don't know why I always thought these places were just like me corporate blah blah blah but the staff is ridiculously helpful like more helpful than I could have ever hoped for and on top of that were nice and they had wonderful pricing. I worked down the street and this will definitely not be the last time that I am in this store I can tell you that right now!! Y'all keep up the good work and to the angel who literally made my day so much less sucky, thank you so so much for being so helpful and actually bothering to get up and look and see if you had things. Yeah I know it sounds like a very simple idea but you would be surprised how often it did not happen, just like so many stores did not even bother to tell me they had another location
