Associates very helpful and went over the products with me even to find a juice similar to the one i used to have. Waldo and his crew were very nice and welcoming people. Will be stopping by again in the near future.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff Brittany waited on me the first-time I went in the store and she was very patient gave me great advice and really took time to explain everything about the mod I was purchasing so my experience with her was amazing the rest of the staff are amazing as well can't remember all their names but this is where I will go from now on love this store big thumbs up Thanks to the whole staff.

I showed a pic of what I was looking salesman took me straight to the item showed me the color selection I could choose from, he then explained to me the item different functions and settings after choosing which one I wanted I was asked if I needed anything else, vape juice extra coils was then asked if I was a member or wanted to be one since it was my first time in shop he signed me up explained the rewards program finished my transaction had a couple of last minute questions still took the time to answer so all around it was the best purchasing experience at a vape shop that I have ever had and will definitely be back for the juice and coils to build up my rewards thanks again for an awesome experience

I have been going to this shop for years now. When I got my first mod, the workers explained all of the functions, best settings, and how to properly take care of it. The workers have always been so friendly and helpful every visit. When I need to buy more coils or juice, they make the process quick and easy! Other times when I'm indecisive over what new juice to try, they are so patient and help recommend or guide you to some options.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. God forbid if you have to ask someone sitting out side a question about something and they dont have their license on them. You cant get it. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back.
